The Change Coach Certification Training is based on Ilja's proven transformation framework, the Change Adventure Blueprint, as well as content from his coaching training program, which hundreds of people have completed over the past 15 years.

In a total of 4 modules, participants are trained in the art of change coaching so that, upon successful completion of the program, they can serve as change coaches and guide themselves and others through change.

Module 1: The Change Leader Mindset: Understanding the psychology of change and knowing how to inspire people to embrace transformation

Module 2: The Culture of Change: Convince as a communications professional and provide guidance as a change coach

The Framework of the Change Coach Certification Training

Structure: 4 modules with a total of 16 learning units
Flexbibles Learning: Either as a 5-day intensive seminar or in 4 blocks of 2 days each
Location: Live at your venue, or at a location of your choice
Group: 10 to a maximum of 20 people for an intensive learning experience
