The certified training to become a change coach takes place at Kalle Neukölln, Karl-Marx-Straße 101, 12043 Berlin.

Friday: 10:00 am to 5:30 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am to 5:30 pm

Sunday: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

No. The training is designed so that you can start without any coaching experience. At the same time, experienced coaches also benefit from the methods and practical transfer.

Yes, upon successful completion you will receive a Change Coach Certificate from the Change Leaders Academy.

Both blocks build on each other. Unfortunately, it is not possible to take part in just one block. If you have any questions about individual solutions, please send us an e-mail.

We have the possibility to use a large kitchen incl. fridge, microwave, kettle etc. Tea, coffee and fresh mineral water are included, you take care of the rest yourself. Kalle Neukölln itself has a large supermarket and a food court where you can buy your lunch.
